The warranty will not apply if the Product malfunctions, fails, or is damaged after delivery due to an accident, misuse or improper use. The warranty does not cover batteries and other consumable parts, easily breakable parts such as glass or plastic, or changes due to normal wear and tear. The following guidelines should be adhered to when returning the Product:
- The Product should be properly packaged, with paid shipping and insurance. No accessories should be shipped with the Product unless instructed otherwise by the Seller's team.
- The RMA number should be clearly visible and readable on the outside of the package.
Upon receiving the Product, the Seller will fulfill its warranty obligations according to the warranty terms. If it is proven that the returned Product is not defective, the Buyer will be required to cover the return shipping and insurance costs.
7.3. Disclaimer of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising in any way from the use of the Products, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenues, or data, or incurring additional costs, even if the Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of any failed attempts to resolve the issues by the Seller's team.
7.4. Disputes Concerning Warranty Terms
The above terms apply when ordering Products and paying for them, even if the Buyer's standard purchasing procedures, including expected warranty terms and return procedures, differ.
